Bad idea?

Simple question..
Is it a bad idea for my to post pics and not blurr or block out my tag number?

I have done both but don't figure it matters much. I'm sure others have better arguments either way than I do.

Just hang a towel over it or take it off.

I don't know I am a little parnoid about things like that and most people on the road I don't know to many people that pay attention to plates other than police. If someone is bored on the internet I would say they are more likely to try something because they are sitting in front of the computer.

Only cover it up if you have done something illegal to your truck, like cut all the cats out. They could use it against you if it's a video.

I used to cover it up....now its pointless. Most people who are going to steal from your vehicle will see it driving aroudn town and can simply write down your plate number to obtain license information.

I just leave my tag in there...you want to come to my house to steal my stuff? Have at it, but you will leave with either a dog having chewed on your *** or a hollow point.
