I have a Viper DEI Remote Starter and on one of my 2 key fobs the back of the fob has come off & I have no idea where it went. I have checked the Viper web site and it offers no help nor does it give any way of an individual contacting them with such a question. I only need the back battery cover not the whole thing, any ideas how/where I can get one?

 

Most likely will just be easier (but not cheaper) to replace the fob.

 

Have you tried calling any Viper dealers? They may have an extra one or something.

 

I would try some bone yards too...they don't usually need the key fobs and may have one laying around. Otherwise I would check out EBAY!

 

I have checked Ebay & its like $40 for a new key fob which is kinda of an expensive way of solving the problem. I have sent an e-mail to Best Buy who installed it to see if they have any ideas.
