I just bought this lap top from a friend that got it as a gift and sold it to me for 350.00 bucks. I am not a big laptop guy but for 350 i'll take the chance.
It is a Acer brown aspire 17.3" screen AS7741z-4633. It is new in the box so i have not even taken it out except to look at it for any damage. What do the PC gurus in here think.... I seen one at wally world for 500...

This is almost funny. One of my buds bought this unit for his youngest boy, age 14, to get info from the net for school and to play online games. He did not know about anti-virus, anti maleware, spam, key loggers, etc, so he didn't have any protection on it at all. He never activated the pre-packaged Norton that came with his and I was thankful for that because he brought it to me to fix. The boy had over 10,000 spywares, 7 trojans, and several viruses on the thing. Once I got it cleaned up, I was impressed with it. It was quick, light, and not the usual slugness of a laptop. I think you gotta a good deal.

I agree on the good deal. I wish I had gotten one with an HDMI output, but I'm happy with my Compaq (HP) nonetheless. I also got a 350GB external that I velcro'd to the outside case for back-up
