Missouri winter wonderland

Not me.
As long as my power doesn't go out it won't bother me. The truck is parked under the deck and it will prolly be a few days before I'll be able to get it out of the alley. They don't plow the alleys here, and most of the time they don't even plow the streets. If I really need something, my son in law has a 4x4 and so does my next door neighbor.
I miss the good old snowstorms we had when I lived back in Minnesota -- it's kind of fun to be snowed in for a couple of days! As close as I'll get will be a trip up to Dallas later this week where it will be frigid for Texas (teens) -- it will feel good to breathe some winter air for a day or two!

(I say this after living 51 years in the Upper Midwest. I am really, REALLY enjoying watching the Weather Channel as this monster approaches!)
Just went out and scraped the ice off my car. Then, I decided, well, it's sleet, shouldn't be too bad to drive in right? My idiot roommate forgot to grab milk the other day, and we're about out, so... Made it to the middle of the court, and got stuck.
Might drag the truck out later, cause it's looking like we will be stuck here tomorrow too.

17 degrees/25+mph winds. So far since 7AM this morning it has snowed 5 inches and isnt supposed to stop until this evening. I dont have a camera, but most of the time I cant see but 100 maybe 150 yds. Calling for 15-20 inches. Worst storm since 1980 something i think they said on the news. Somone take some pictures and post em up for me.
