We live on an island in the Gulf of Mexico. Yesterday, the air conditioners were running.

Tonight, the temps will be below freezing. That is one helluva cold front sweeping across the country.

Of course, our hometowns in Iowa and Wisconsin are getting 15" of snow tonight -- so I'm not complaining...

I'm from Salt Lake been living with the cold weather for nearly 50 years so I'm used to it. Dont like it but i can handle it. The days here that are the worst are the inversion days. We dont see 50 degrees sometime for 3 months and I'm to the point were I dont think its cold till it gets below 20..
Just dont go outside thats what i do. 3 months out of the year I'm a couch potato..

I don't know how you guys do it. In Tennessee it's so humid when it's cold it sinks into your bones and you can't get warm. The hotter and more humid the better for me.
