Anyone rooted a droid x yet? Any real benefit for the regular user?

 

The only benefit for the regular user is the capability to add themes/roms/etc. I've also gone in and deleted all the bloatware out, but you have to be careful so as to not delete anything vital. There are lists out there of what's safe to delete and what isn't.

Only other thing I could think of for the regular user is the free wireless tethering, but it's so spotty and weak I rarely use it.
