Interesting in that this is a lake and not a river and they are swimming it. What were they swimming to or away from?

Great pics, very cool!

I've seen does go through all kinds of stuff to get away from a buck thats chasing them. But I can't blame the buck, if I only got "good lovin" once a year I'd jump in the lake after them too!

Yeah
Except in the hill country lakes. Canyon lake gets to about 120 feet and deeper in a few spots. I've fought some big fish but they always get the best of my line.

Lakes around here are very deep, Ontario 600+ feet, seneca lake 800+feet deep (one of the finger lakes). So if you fall overboard with a dead canadian attached to yourself it's a long ride to the bottom.
