Incredibile job man!! Keep up the hard work. Losing almost 190 pounds is insane. Did you do it with just diet and exercise or did you have any surgery? What kind of diet and exercise program are you on? Definitely keep us updated. Good luck the rest of the way!

I'm on a diet program where I only get 800 calories a day. Its through a hospital. As far as exercises I've just been running everyday.

man, i should get on the ball. if you can lose 190, and still have the drive to keep going, I should have no problem dropping the 50 or so I want to.

Keep up the good work man. 800 calories is insanely low, I couldn't imagine having a diet plan such as that.

Congrats man.. Sounds like your on a good plan.. 800 cal seems crazy!

If I had only 800 cal in my diet I wouldn't be able to do half of my P90X workouts..
