is that what they call the day after christmas clearance sales? I went shopping for a few things I needed and didnt really find anything exciting on sale.

 

I guess you guys call it something else. The term originated in England. Boxing day is the day after christmas.

 

Best know around here is "After Christmas Sale".

 

I guess we just call it the day after christmas around here. There are a bunch of after christmas sales but thats it. Most just christmas decorations and crap 50% off and some electronics on sale.

 

What you're really supposed to do on Boxing Day is box up all of your leftover Christmas food and a gift and give it to somebody who is in need.

 

Black Friday is the american equivalent...

I think im gonna go buy black ops. i have an xbox that i never use, after playing black ops with a friend, i gotta get it. its BA.

 

I replaced my old GPS with a new Tomtom, $100, FutureShop.

The lady got a 10.0 megapixel Olympus DigiCam for $50.

Again I'm impressed with FutureShop, In and out in 10 minutes. No waiting to get in or out.

 

you should have seen it today. At least 40 people lined up at the tills.

BTW, F.S. and Bestbuy are the same store...

Yeah it is funny because there is a BB and FS next to each other in a mall near my place.For some reason people bought in to the brainwashing that BB was cheaper because of no sales commission sales assosiates.

I dont know about you guys find but I still find FS better to buy from.

Arrbilly is right that it is like Black Friday for us. We have black friday but the deals usually suck.

 

What'd I get on boxing day? Sleep! Shoppings for chicks fellas, I would hit people because I hate crowds of cheap idiots! I know there is a lot of good sales but oh well! The crap I need or want never goes on sale
