Christmas Dinner

The Christmas dinner; turkey, ham, cabbage rolls, perogies, mashed potato, sweet potato, and all the rest of the fixings ….. Does anybody here make the big meal for a family Christmas dinner that is less traditional?
There are 2 birds and a ham starting to unthaw in the fridge, had to take some beer out of the fridge!!!(There should be a law against that)

We do prime rib, Lawry's style. Sides are mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, Yorkshire pudding, salad, whipped horseradish sauce, and English trifle for dessert.

The whole crew just left here -- we had ham, cottage potatoes, green bean casserole, homemade cranberry relish and key lime cheesecake for dessert. Lunch was loads of munchies, dips, etc. I worked my rear-end off preparing the whole spread (my wife is utterly helpless in the kitchen) so tomorrow I'm looking forward to heading up to the in-laws and sitting on my butt sipping Wassail.....

Normally we'll do rack of lamb and a more italian-ish meal because alot of my family is italian. Tonight however was new, it was a full honey baked ham, breakfast casserole, grits, biscuits w/ pepper jelly, french toast casserole w/ 100% maple syrup, apple cider, pecan pie, pumpkin pie, red velvet cake, home made fudge, cocoa cookies, sausage/cheese spread, sausage *****, sweet tea and coffee...I'm leaving stuff out too. Needless to say I'm blessed and have a lot to be thankful for. With that said, I hope everyone's was as good as mine was.
