You guys need to see the fuel bill for about 25 diesel delivery trucks if you think what you are paying is bad.

Got a Democratic President in office now, so the media has got to protect him, thats why your barely hearing anything about it.

possibly
We have stand alone gas stations here, so I don't think that's the case.

They give a cash discount because depending on the card you use and the processing company they use it can add between 1.5% to 3.5% added to the purchase that the station has to pay.

You think it's bad now, just wait until we get the slightest sign that the economy is improving. My guess is that $4.00+ per gallon gas (or more) will be the "new norm" once things get back to normal. Makes me think about how all the guys who are buying new fullsize trucks this year are going to be begging to get rid of them in about a year or two......

Sure sucks putting over $70 in the truck.

I paid $3.129 yesterday up the road but some stations around here are up to $3.299.

When I bought the truck in 2/09 gas was $2.039.

Our money and your money is about par now and over here we're paying $4.05 a gallon for reg and $4.50 for high test.
I have that stupid Diablo chip so I've always used hi test.
Today's fill was $4.50 x 25 gallons = $112.50

We get screwed on everything up here though, from gas, groceries, cell phones, the whole works.

In the big scheme of things you guys still have it pretty good compared to the rest of the civilized world.

Is it hard to get an American citizenship? I'd love to move my *** down to Florida and soak up the sun, I can work from home so location doesn't matter for me.

I don't get it. Did all of you think that a drilling moratorium was going to reduce the price of oil? I think the worst is yet to come.

I was watching some economist dude on the TV last night, he was explaining the whole 'supply and demand' thing and how China this year alone has increased demand by 8% and next year they plan to add x million new vehicles to their roads, so things will only get worse.

Its $3.15-3.19/gallon up here....so much for gas prices dropping for winter...don't want to think about the summer prices yet if they are not going to drop back down.

And cigs up here are around $6 a pack.....good thing I don't smoke
