Ford:
#1 - 1977 - preferably in medium blue like my neighbor's new one back in the day.
#2 - 1959 - preferably two-tone in sky blue and white.

Chevrolet:
#1 - 1972 - my old man's "signature" truck when I was growing up.
#2 - 1966 - I love this era of Chebby in the shortbox styleside configuration.

Dodge:
#1 - 1993 - the last gasp of a 20+ year run of this bodystyle.
#2 - 2010 - I saw a shortbox regular cab version of this truck last night -- HOT!

I like the look of the 92-96's but the best has to be the 04-09.

I absolutely hate the "parklight over the headlight" look of the 73-77. That's the only think I don't like about the newer superduty's.

For Fords, I've love all my F-150s, but my 96 regular cab XLT with the old 5.0 was my favorite as far as looks. It was what a truck is supposed to be, a truck that was darn near indestrictible. Nothing fancy, but got the job done and done well. Second would have to be the '09-'11s as far as looks, but my 2003 was the most reliable band bof the bunch.

On a side note, you have to admit the late 80's and early '90s Chevys were darn good looking trucks. They weren't worth a flip to do any work with, but they sure looked good!

I've always loved the 72-79 F-series, especially the 78s and 79s cause of the square headlights. I almost bought a mint 73 F-150 when I was 17. Wouldn't have been practical at all, but damn it was cool.

I've always loved the 1980-1985s, specifically the regular cab stepside bed 4x4.

Yea, the 78's went to square heads mid year.

I like to many, the models I didn't like were the years with the "Bug-eye" headlights. 87-90 I believe.

I like the 97-03 standard and Supercabs with the Fleetside beds the best. I think the Flaresides and Supercrews look stupid ugly.

To each their own.
