As for Alameda . . . Jaolpnik used to have a contributing writer who lived in Alameda. He wrote a column each week "The Island That Rust Forgot", which included a picture of some old car parked on the street that always seemed to be in great shape. Seems like there are a lot of really old cars on Alameda.

I know that feelin, been way harder on the truck than the girls and they always run.
