Right, and according to the Fed's a Schedule I drug is:
• The drug or other substance has a high potential for abuse.
• The drug or other substance has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States.
• There is a lack of accepted safety for use of the drug or other substance under medical supervision.
That didn't seem to stop CA did it?

True, and sad at the same time.It wasn't about conservation v. liberal, old v. young, cool v. uncool . . . after the AG announced he would be obligated to prosecute due to federal laws, and the fact that eleventy kabillion dollars would be denied the state in Federal Funding, suddenly it wasn't making a lot of sense.
