Just for fun lets say she is a time traveler and did manage to bring a cell phone back to 1928.... my two questions are what carrier is she using, and who is she talking to?
Watched the footage, I'll admit, it is rather odd behavior for someone to have in the pre-cell phone era.

Maybe she is not a time traveler but an alien talking to the mothership or maybe she was just crazy.
