They are good for an quick endurance workout, but don't expect to get ripped like the guys on the commercial.

Me and the old lady couldn't help but laugh.

I believe it's a good work out, but the action is somewhat suggestive.

Yea, it is quite suggestive. haha for some reason they don't have women using a shakeweight in their commercial. too bad

I've used one. Not going to get ripped, but it gives your arms a decent workout.

I watched a thing on tv where those guys were talking about getting those commercials.. the guys are all on roids.
