Our tax dollars at work?
It does happen a lot, in every job imaginable, especially when the employees know there is no drug testing. That camera footage could be anyone.
Hell, I worked (non union job) at one place with guys who smoked fatties on the way to work, during lunch, and home from work. Others drank at lunch. Yet others drank AT work. If they had done drug testing I would have been the only guy working there.
I bet there are plenty of workplaces like that across the country.

I can honestly say I've never worked in a place where groups of people regularly boozed it up and got stoned at lunch, then came back to work.
But then I've never had a government job or worked in a union shop.

I think the main difference here is that these people were bailed out. Hence the title, "our tax dollars at work." It's wrong on all levels, I dont care if the entire country boozed and smoked.

I don't know what you all are complaining about. These poor souls obviously have a disease. Probably brought on by eight years of Bush. Thankfully this country will soon have single payer health care so that people like this will finally have access to the help they need.
Stealth is right. If you want to talk companies, etc. with bailouts, look at Wall Street. Half the place is on coke or some sort of drugs/alcohol,but then again, that world will do it to you. When I was an equity trader back in the day, at least we waited until the market closed to drink and carry on!
If there is a med that will improve your ability to detect obvious sarcasm, you should get some, lol.
