As long as Holder is running the DOJ I doubt much if anything will be done. I will use the recent ethics violations of Dodd, Rangel and Waters as evidence.

The worst that could happen is the (D)s lose the house and internal punishments are given out. She might be removed from office without criminal charges. More serious actions will require DOJ action which is not gonna happen.

It may be just me, but if she loses her congressional seat, I see her running the DNCs Campaign Finance Committee soon afterward.

My thoughts exactly. I'm sure it will be swept under the rug.

Investigations for this kind of thing are handled by Congress, so it will be up to Pelosi to do something or sweep it under the rug.

In any event, DOJ is too busy prosecuting the State of Arizona to be bothered.

I sincerely hope that all Americans take a look at the state of our country, and then think before they vote this November. We need a shake-up in Washington, badly. It wouldn't hurt Obama to have an R majority in Congress; I think when the legislative and executive branches are opposed, they get more done, so as not to appear completely worthless to the American people.

Change in 2010, I'm ready for it!
