Another thing to remember is that by law, the EPA can make no requirements when it comes to ammo. They can not require the lead to be removed. Another back door attempt at control just like the current admin is giving back door amnesty to illegal aliens.

Your economics are incorrect. Any product that costs more to produce will have the same or lower profit margin considering that fewer buyers would be in the market.

You can shoot just about anything out of the end of a gun barrel, and even have high velocity. This might be just fine for target shooting, but not for hunting or even home protection. You need to have weight to develop knock down power. With out the weight you will simply wound your game/intruder, this is why lead is the best for bullets and shot.

As for the asbestos argument, ever hear of transite pipe? Yup asbestos and has been used all over the country in city water systems, though not any more. However there still miles of the stuff in use today in systems that have not been upgraded.

So I don't think my 1 1/8 oz. of shot or 180 gr. of lead are going to end the world as we know it!

You have to use steel bullets when hunting around lakes or rivers during waterfowl hunting. Already covered. thankss

Say hello to 50 bucks a box for ammo.....
