That was my first thought when I saw the video. No brakes, looked like he was aiming for the pylon and didn't see the rail or mound that launched him... cop right there. I can't imagine it was simply somebody not paying attention.

 

This didn't happen to far from my house lol i was gonn post about it buy forgot
