Thinking of joining the RCMP

I am thinking of joining the RCMP, and was wondering if anyone on here know of any websites about policing policies for me to readup on? Also is anyone here in the RCMP?

Easy to find. Just had to type in "rcmp.ca"

But their site states to read up on different police policies online.

You'd be in better company on a forum called "Blueline.ca", it's a canadian based forum for cops and law enforcement.

I did the guide yesterday, and also went over the physical requirements, test, and guide. I found Blueline and policeprep. I am going the buy a copy of Comprehensive Guide to Canadian Police Officer Exams.

Many local colleges offer a "Police Foundations" course - 2 year diploma program.
This would be something good to get and will help your chances of being hired.

That way, even if you don't get into the RCMP for whatever reason, you can still use your diploma to help you get hired on by your local or Provincial police force.
