It was a 5 to 4 though. Change one justice and the results might be different next time around.
The Bill of Rights is under full assult right now. There are people in our government hell bent on tearing down the foundation that this country was built on. What they want to put in it's place if so far from what has created the freedom this country has enjoyed. They aren't interested in equal rights, but equal things.
It is good that the decision is on the side of individual rights. They are going to change our "rights" though, be it through the front door, through the back door or anywhere in between.
