Sticker Price Question

Hey all. My wife bought an 08 Town & Country last week but I was out of town on business. When I got home I was looking down through the Sticker list and noticed that it had Navigation system listed, however, our vehicle does not have Navigation. On the General Equipment it has AM/FM/CD/HDD/MP3/DVD/Navigation, but on the interior list it has just AM/FM/HDD/CD/MP3.

Did we pay for something and not receive it or is it a misprint by the dealer since it is not listed as a feature under the Interior?

Is there any charge next to the one that lists Nav?

Is Nav listed on the left side, or the right side?

Mine is not listed that way. It lists everything then it has the Price at the very bottom. It does not show what we were charged for individually. It shows the package that was installed on the vehicle when it was ordered (we are the 2nd owner) and the Nav is not listed in that so I'm gonna assume it doesn't have it, but still confused as to why it would be on there. I would take a pic of the sticker but my camera is out of commission.

If you did not buy it new, then it's really a moot question. You bought it as is, unless the seller told you it had a navigation and it doesn't.

X2 - My guess is that it had it at one point and someone (the dealer) swapped it out and threw it in another vehicle to close the deal. Or else it was mistakenly put on the sticker. Regardless though, I think you're SOL...

Agreed. You got what you paid for, and you paid for what you got.

Yep. Back in the 70's when I was selling cars, we did swaps all the time to close deals.
