Prior military service is not what's causing you to have difficulty finding a job, the economy is in the crapper right now. My husband just went back to work after being un-employed for nearly a year. His military service is actually what helped him land his current job! Best of luck on your interview!! If you should happen to be passed over for this one try your unemployment office, the ones in Washington have one person who works strictly with prior military helping them find work, maybe they have that there too...

For a career I wanted to do something mechanical but not working on cars (I can work on cars but I just dont like doing it) And something that is building electronic stuff and what not.

Oh and I got the job!

Right now they want me to get the ball rolling on the new project they have which is building smart robotic carts that follow a givin path around a plant and deliver and load bays with companys products.

I start on monday. This could be a good career for me as they also work on animatronics for disney and companys like that

Leonardo has done the hard work for you. Just copy his design
Damn, I'd love being on that team.

good luck with your new job.... I got out of Air Force (3PO51) Mar 09 and had a job lined up... got ready to go and job fell through so the day I cleared out of base housing had no were to go with wife, 2y/o and 2 big Labs... so ended up driving back home to NY and not finding a job enrolled in college and loving the new GI Bill... so if anyone else gets out and doesn't find a job the new GI bill is awesome...
