That white one is sexy. Silver would be my color of choice though, if they had it.

Ford's got a decent concept... but it's not worthy of what it is.

I'm gonna take it, and say the resale on these things are gonna be horrible because no one knows what the previous owner put it through.

I surely wouldn't buy a used one, a leased one, or demoed one.

I really want to know what they broke while testing. I've seen 3/4 to full ton trucks go through those and have some damage to the steering components.

I wonder if Ford is going to do anything different on the warranty?

Cool looking truck though.

I wish it had a manual transmission and not those junk automatics.

And it needs a front electronic locker as well along with 4.56 gears...

At least they didn't throw in a set of 3.73s for EPA Fuel Economy... as that'd be horrible.

I wonder what rear end Ford decided to go with it? I hope a 10.25".

I don't see what the big deal is. They're just driving in the mud.

Offroading any newer vehicle will wreck it.

Trust me. I've been there, done that too many times. Figuring, "oh, it's just some bumps and mud..." Then a couple days later the vehicle will have problems... then it turns in to a laundry list of problems that cost mucho bucks.

I'd never take my truck mudding or off road unless I had an absolute emergency of a reason.

I don't care what kind of components you've got on a truck they all break when under stress like that. It might not be right away, but it will hit you up at the most inopportune time.

Judging from that Raptor, it's got some pretty expensive components on it, some of which I don't want to see even the price tag of let alone the labor.

Personally, without even looking at it... I wouldn't trust Ford's engineers on the stength of the skid plates or their strategic locations. Just for some odd reason, I don't.

I went off-roading yesterday with my lowered truck. Got to drive on some grass.
