I am in the final weeks of my Business Ethics class and we just got assigned a project. I would like to ask some of you, preferably but not limited to those who own their company or are in other higher management jobs, questions about a major ethical problem/dilemma that you have faced in your practice, workplace, or other organizational setting and how you solved it.

I understand that some of this information might be sensitive to you, so you and your company names' can remain anonymous if you wish.
