I've never sold, or bought a vehicle privately before. I've been studying on the 'Net about what to do to sell. I'm still hung up on how to work out the fact that I don't own the truck (I owe), and I'm looking for advice about what works best to handle the situation. Should I pay for an Escrow type of service? I can't sit down at the bank to do the transaction because I am financed through Ford Credit. Does anyone have some advice from personal experience about selling a vehicle privately that is still owned by Ford Credit?
