I bought a dog there once. I just dropped her off yesterday and dropped 4k on her surgery. She is only 2 years old. The most petsmart would do is pay me back for 1/2 the sale price.

People have sued for a lot lesser things. If there was a greasy pile of crap on the floor and no "wet floor sign" I'll bet he get's a hefty out of court settlement.

And Avfrog, I don't see what the problem with your dog is either. Most pet chains carry a 1 year replacement guarantee on their animals. If you outside of that year then tuff "poop"(Pun). You should have saved some cash and saved an animal from the shelter anyways. And your complaining that they "only" replaced half your money? That dog doesn't look cheap to me.

 

Whatever it is called... they gave my mom a job when she needed one so I'm a fan.
