I spend one weekend a year going over my truck. Oil, filter, plugs, fuel filter etc, check the TPS setting and pretty much a nut & bolt check underneath before I take it for the annual inspection we have here and also preparation for the racing season.
Some jobs like the plug change are a pain in the *** but it's valuable insurance as far as I'm concerned.
