Pistol Grip Shifter

Does anyone know anything about where I can find a pistol grip shifter for my 2006 FX4 SCrew? About a year ago I saw an add on craigslist for a SCrew for sale in Texas and it had a modified center console shifter that looked just like a six-shooter grip. The guy who was selling it had no idea where it came from and I've been looking for one ever since. I'd also be interested in any other center console shift mods anyone has done. Thanks for the help.

that'd be awesome on my 5 speed mustang... how hard would it be to do... the leather boot attaches to it, probably would be the only problem..

I love my AR 15, and would love that pistol grip on it.

That could be easily reproduced in quantity. But the tooling cost would call for a significant quantity. But something would need to be added to finish the top.
If you wanted it to look like that, all you would need to do would be to drill out the bottom and insert a bolt with a nut on the inside. Then fill it with epoxy resin, and remove the bolt when cured. then screw it on the shifter with a jam nut.

Thanks for the replies. The problem is that I am going for the black out look with my FX4 and I don't think the wood grip would go well with my truck. Any suggestions?

I believe I saw one at Pepboys last week. It may have been made by Bully.

Reply: Shift ****

I am going for the 'black-out' look as well.... This is the shift I purchased. I had to rethread the inset so that it would install correctly.

I will send pics of it shortly... Thanks
