This is kinda scary. The Democrats, in their quest to destroy their party, may not seek any vote in the Senate for the health care bill. They will just let the House consider it as passed in the Senate and fund it accordingly.

Hence, Mrs. Pelosi and her congressional Democratic allies are seriously considering using a procedural ruse to circumvent the traditional constitutional process. Led by Rep. Louise M. Slaughter, New York Democrat and chairman of the House Rules Committee, the new plan - called the "Slaughter Solution" - is not to pass the Senate version on an up-or-down vote. Rather, it is to have the House "deem" that the legislation was passed and then have members vote directly on a series of "sidecar" amendments to fix the things it does not like.

Should Mr Socialist Obama sign the bill, which would be illegal, he would be up for impeachment....and there are tons of folks that would like to see him disappear. Here's the full article:

This better not pass. If it does I think a lot of people will loose control in a bad way. I can't wait until real gets here and say that the republicans did this same thing 26 times. Never like this.. and never at the scale of implications it brings. If this passes, it just opens the door for all the other socialist programs not in the bill, like one payer care. We can then be officially called the United socialist States of America.

We all know that things wouldn't be that much different if McCain had won. At least now, it appears that more people are paying more attention. I'm not so sure that would have been the case with McCain.

 

This would be one reason to impeach him, but there are other reasons to have him removed from office, such as:

His Birth Certificate: Why does Obama have a staff of lawyers doing everything they can to keep his birth certificate a secret ? Does it show that he IS NOT a United States citizen, a qualification for President?

How was he allowed to enter into Pakistan at a time when American citizens were BANNED from entering Pakistan ? The ONLY way to enter would be to NOT BE A CITIZEN of the United States !!!

Why does he also have lawyers protecting his college records, especially those with regards to his receiving financial aid ? Did he claim a different citizenship in college in order to obtain financial aid as a FOREIGN EXCHANGE STUDENT ?

If any of the above situations proves he is not a citizen of the United states, he should be removed from office IMMEDIATELY, and ANY laws he signed into law declared null and void. Perhaps execution for treason would be a good idea also.

Now I know why Barack Obama and Body Odor have the same initials !!!

Not particularly. I would imagine that they look much like the 6K a year that many people pay in vehicle payments. Or, like the 10k a year that many people pay in mortgage payments. Or, like the 1.5k a year that many people pay on cell phone service. The current health care reform plan takes away an option that we have with our other expenses. If we want lower car payments, we get a cheaper car, go to a different dealership and get better financing. If we want a lower mortgage, we buy a smaller house, move to a less expensive area and get better financing. If we want to pay less for cell service, we can do without it, go with a different carrier or drop all the bells and whistles. With the proposed health care reform, our taxes go up, our premiums go up untill the insurance companies can no longer afford to be in business. "The Secretary" and a select few bureaucrats decide how much proceedures will cost, and whether or not we need them. It does nothing to lower that 6k.

You think so? Pelosi, Reid and the democrat majorities would have cozied up with McCain to get this done? Sounds like a pipe dream to me.

 

Then why don't we fix health care the right way? It really isn't that hard. A removed cyst would only cost maybe half that or less.

1. do you have car insurance that covers oil changes, tire changes, or belt changes? Why do we think that checkups and physicals and simple procedures need health insurance?

2. Allow insurance purchases across state lines. This would bring a lot of competition to the market.

3. deregulate health insurance. Right now states mandate what will be covered with health insurance. Why should my premiums be higher because hair plugs, chiropractors, acupuncture, drug rehab are mandated for insurance companies to have? I will never use those things. You should be able to pick the coverage that you need. "ala-carte" style.

4. Tort reform. Malpractice insurance drives up health care costs. Only sue real cases. Not these cases that it is just a money grab.

5. Revamp Medicare and Medicaid so doctors are compensated fairly. This would be possible if the above things changed. Costs would go down across the board so Medicare and Medicaid would be cheaper... and less people would use it.

There are federal laws already in place that make it mandatory that a hospital can not deny care. Every one is covered with health care now. What they are blowing up and making a big deal is health insurance for everyone so you can get a cold looked at. Prime example is a little boy that patti murrey from Washington state paraded in front of congress. His mom died at 27 with a heart lung condition. They didn't tell you that she was treated at 2 different hospitals. They out and out lied to us and said if she had health care insurance she may be alive today. BS! She got the care she needed! Not to mention she was a fat cow that smoked. And I am supposed to pay her health care for her bad choices? Just as no one should have to pay my fat *** for health care.
