He will never stop. This is totally unnecessary.

It only trickles down from there and gets worse. Here they're wanting to change that the state can control "navigable waters of the state" to just "waters of the state". It makes it hard for guys like me who own farms because we're already under the EPA and IDEM regulations, add another layer and they'll be wanting to regulate our mud puddles.

Come on people. What's the problem? You are making something out of nothing.

Soon, everyone will be able to see, that the plan is to overwhelm the system. Call it a conspiricy theory if you must, but it'll be clear to everyone sooner than later. Only problem is, it'll be too late. To many, this will sound like a non event. This is one of many things that are going on to collapse the system. Death by a thousand cuts.

Don't worry though. I'm sure that our resident radical progressive will be along shortly with a vast knowlege of commercial fishing and will tell all of us dullards how it really is. Obviously, if we don't like the current agenda of "change" we must be congnitively deficient.

I wonder why when I read stuff like this that Pink Floyds The Wall comes to mind. If you really stop to think about it, we are heading in the same direction as **** Germany at the beginning of the Hitler era. All in the name of what is good for the future of the people. I can only hope that this is stopped before we all are having to wear brown shirts. One of the key elements in the article is that Congress will have NO say in the matter. He's going to issue a Presidential Order and take your rights away and the rights of all states. This may just be the beginning of the end.... one way or another.

Funny you mention the ****/Obama connection. Lots of people have made that connection, and not just recently...
