Just curious, not crazy..

I’m just curious. Don’t think me a Mad Max or a vigilante looking for ideas. I love sci-fi is all it boils down too. I see all these extreme things people have done to some cars and I wonder if anyone here has ever added something extreme? Not pink bedliners, illegal police lights or car-puter. I mean things like weapons? Automatic weapons with in dash targeting reticule? Cellular jamming technology? EMP? Disposable license plates? Anti-Red-light camera technology? You know, Jame Bond kinda stuff.

I think it is cool to watch those shows where people mount like a .50 Cal or RPG launcher to their VW Rabbit and was wondering if anyone here had actually done it?

That's a neat concept. Always fascinated myself when I see it.

Well I'm personally looking into a laser jammer for police radar and maybe a set of flame throwers out my exhaust once I run my duals but that's it really, I've seen people run cell phone jammers just to **** people off, it doesn't fully kill signal but it drops it down to about one bar depending on your phone.
Nothing really James Bond but still cool stuff.

^^^

I carry a large knife in the door pocket, a tire tool under my seat and I have been called a lethal weapon myself. Does that count?

Friggin sweet. I want to do something extreme. I will have to draw up plans and see what I need and if I can actually buy the stuff. It won’t be legal but I will not leave it on the truck unless I am off road. Never on-road. It will be for playing only. The remote power tailgate mod is what got me to thinking about it. I will also need a car-puter to handle the software.

The cell jammers are a real possibility for me. I work with a guy who says he can amp them up to make them more effective. Out of the box they have a 40 yrd range but at 70 MPH that’s not very far. I am looking for 75-100 Yrds effectiveness.

About the only James Bond thing I have contemplated doing is putting an automatic Parachute on the back of my sister's Toyota, for safety reasons of course.

I had an old chevy that would spit oil out the back like James Bond...but sadly it was purely unintentional as it was a actually a giant POS!
