Thinking of relocating to somewhere in Florida. Probably the northern part of the state. Any suggestions on places with a lot of work/places to live/cost of living?

 

I live in the panhandle, Crestview to be exact. I like it up here. I was raised in Pensacola, its a nice city too. The beaches are great. What kind of work do you do? There are a few govt contracting jobs over here. There are Navy and Air Force bases all over the place. Houses aren't too bad. A very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath w/ 2 car garage can easily be had for less than $200k.

 

i am in the process of moving from NJ to FL. going to end up in englewood. lost my job up here and had a house in Fl for an investment. looking forward to the move and location for quality of life. only problem and could be a bad problem is unemployment.
