Unhappy Bought Some of my arenacross pictures

a few weeks ago in digital download from the only guy the series that holds the arenacross will use. Anyways it was 5 for $50. I picked my 5 pics and he put them on a disc and shipped them USPS, I got them and he put them in VOB BUP and IFO...basically a video format. I have no idea how to get the pictures out of that format. To me a digital download is just getting them straight from the internet...not a disc. This probably wouldnt bother me so bad if it wasn't in the weird format and if it was just the pictures like i had ordered. Any ideas on how to get them out of this? I've tried printing the screen to a file, the clipping tool and even downloaded a free VOB file converter off the internet and it didnt work.

You just got ripped.

I would never do that to someone.

I take pictures, and I only give out hi-res images if anyone pays for photos.

Why?

A DVD video loses 95% of the quality of a regular jpg plus you can't reprint it -- or I take that back, you wouldn't want to reprint it.

In my dreams, yes. Reality, no. But I do love to race. Need a bike though, my bro had my last bike before me and gave it to me with broken bottom cases but it was still rideable, well he had to have the motor rebuilt too and they put in bad bearings and couldnt get some good ones until i did it myself then the crack around the studs in the bottom cases gave after i raced it one more time and the head was loose and was just a complete loss of power and i dont have just 600 to spend on cases cause the bearings are salvageable. Hopefully buy my brothers bike off him though, its pretty sick! People thought he was a pro until they saw him ride.
I rode a 2000 Honda CR 125R LOVE 2-strokes, but everything is about thumpers now

Yeah figures, they seem pretty shotty. I bought prints the time before from them and they were great, guess i shouldn't have tried to get the most out of my money, the 5 DD were cheaper than just 2 or 3 prints!

Just thought I would update y'all, e-mailed the guy 10 days ago. He never e-mailed me back, instead today in the mail I got a new disc with ACTUAL pictures on it-not a movie of the pictures. Not exactly thrilled with their customer service, but at least they fixed the problem!
