Editing H.264 requires gobs of memory and processor power... Beyond that I really don't see a need for any of these wild machines now days.

Gaming is really heavy on graphics cards now.

My 3.6ghz I7 with 12 gb of 1600mhz ram does everything beautifully, but even on that h.264 it will struggle some.
