Blizzard of 2010

hahaha j/k!!! but it is snowing very close to the coast line of south carolina. snapped a couple pics about 30 mins after it started. they are calling for 4" over night. i'll take a few more pics in the morning. this is the first snow my truck has ever seen.

Update

well after a full night and day with no power i'm finally back with some more pictures. these were taken yesterday morning waking up to a lot of white stuff on the ground. after it started melting in the afternoon i had to go and pull a friend out of her yard. sorry no pic of that. on to the pictures.







anyone else in the south get some pics post em up!!

Nice shots man. I was happy to get a few inches, too. It's very rare around here. Finally got to take the Husky out to play in the snow and she freakin' loved it. Hope you don't mind me posting a few--I don't want to start a new thread.

Definitely. The pictures of her prancing around are a good representation of what she was doing the entire time. The one of her laying down only happened because I made her sit still for a picture. She didn't want to but when she felt the cold snow she rolled around in it for a bit.

It snowed about 2 inches here in southern Arkansas Thursday, then melted Friday. We were forcasted to have rain this afternoon, but it just started snowing again. Right now the temperature is 34, but is supposed to drop to 25 tonight.

mbliour, That's cool how it stuck to your fence imagine your husky trying to run in 2ft of snow my labs look so funny because they end up hopping.

we got snow in florida this year. melted on the ground but enough for people to make a 6-10 inch snow man. kinda neat.

nah man, i don't mind at all. those are some nice shots you got too. beautiful dog. we got a few of our horses playing in the snow.



4x4 wolf: we ended up with somewhere between 3 1/2" and 4" here in ravenel. i heard reports of up near summerville they got around 6".
