the dodge is a crewcab hemi 5.7 2007
and the ford is a fx4 stepside supercab 2005
oh, the dodge is lifted 8inches with 35s mud grapplers on it
and the fx4 has 32.5 nitto terra grapplers
the chevy has 22s, and hell

I kind of agree here - that you don't have to hate the other brands just because you love Ford. Heck, I like the truck posted by the OP - I think it's mean looking...I'd just rather have a Ford.

Oh, and also - I wasn't aware chevy made a 5.7l silverado in '02...but I'm not sure what you mean by 400s either, so maybe it's a built motor?

 

I understand what you're saying, but here's how I look at it. Chevy, GM and Dodge all build trucks that are good at one thing. They can either carry the family for groceries or tow/haul a load. None of them are good at both. The F series trucks though can take the family to dinner on Saturday and haul a yard of gravel on Sunday.

The engineering that allows it to be comfortable enough for everyday driving, but still able to be a proper truck when needed is the reason why Ford has been king of the hill for so long.

Oh yeah, Toyota still sucks.

Dude international is cheap. That's why ford is making their own diesel now. They'll be on their 4th motor i think. 7.3 pretty good, 6.0 sucks, 6.4 little better still sucks tho, and now ford is taking it over and hopefully the 6.7 will be pretty sweet.

Beforei i'd get a CXT, I'd much rather have an F-650. Looks better for one.2, ford's better built than any international junk. 3, you can either get a cummins or a cat in them, both are awesome.

OR....before a CXT, I'd get a Sterling.

 

I don't know, Dodge HD has already set the pace i think. (truck of the year) Good style imo. Awesome motor, cummins. Dodge/Cummins has had their 6.7 out since like 06 or 07, for the emissions bs...they've def had time to work out any problems that they've had with it. IF the ford 6.7 is what they promise and doesn't have any problems then maybe, but it's a new engine so it might have some problems here and their. I hope not. It just seems like it's got alot more sophisticated parts or whatever. I hope it does good. But Dodge has def got the best truck out until we see what this new 6.7 will do imo. And the Dodge's def aren't cheap anymore.

 

Dodge has never been a threat. I cant see that changing for 2011 MY.

 

Dodge AND the now RAM brand have made huge strides since 02/03. We kno they are selling alot cause i see Ram's everywhere! Alot more than i used to see them. I was just saying things change. If you really look at all the stuff chrysler is doing with their cars/trucks, they're making some positive strides imo.

Dodge has had their 6.7 within all the upcoming emissions bs since like 2007, that puts them ahead so now the others are trying to get stuff ready for trhe new emissions regulations.

Chevy's are built Cheap, probably always will be too
