Vibration

I recently purchased a 2007 F150 sport crew cab 2wd on 22" wheels with a 2 inch rear lowering level kit installed. I have a vibration around 1000 rpm when driving. Any ideas on the cause of this vibration?

You may need a pinion shim.

I just went through this with my '07 that has the 2 piece driveshaft and 2/4 Eibach drop. I had to have a Ground Force carrier bearing kit installed to correct for the angle change. The vibration is gone now. You may not need this kit with only 2" drop shackles though. Like Stealth said you could just get away with shims. I'm certainly no expert, but I learned a little and spent a lot ;^)

Does the truck have an aftermarket exhaust system on it? Sometimes you can get a harmonic vibration from there through different rpm ranges
