Discount tire direct easy credit financing?

So I'm in the need of tires pretty soon. I don't 900 bucks to buy the tires in full. So while on discount tire direct I saw that they do Easy credit financing through GE. Has anybody done financing through them?? If so opinions??

Save up, if you can wait. I'd never finance tires. Try to hold out if you can. If not, buy two - get two later. My .02. - Og

I would never finance tires. Buy used or save.

GE consumer credit is usually 24.9 to 29.9% interest. Highway robbery. Save up for tires or borrow from a local credit union if you have no other choices.

I actually have a Discount Tire card and I have used it a couple of times. The thing that I like about it is they have a period without any interest charged. Example: If over $600, you get 6 months no interest. If you do NOT pay the balance in full by the end of the grace period, you will incur interest from the purchase date. I believe its a year no interest if over $1100.
