Nascar fast approaching

So lets here it everyone. Whats it going to be this year. Another year for JJ? Maybe Jeff Gordon's drive for 5? How about Junior winning a race and being competitive? A whole new year is firing up. As DW says "lets go racing boys".

Jr wont be competitive or win, hes just in it for the paycheck . Hope JJ has a bad year tired of seeing him win it gets old weekend after weekend. Hope Mark Martin whips all the youngsters and goes for the title this year

Drive for 5 in 2010. So ready for this season... it's driving me nuts.

Jr... well, we know what to expect that this point

Jimmie is going to have a bad year. I think this year his team falls apart. All "good" things come to an end.

ahhh yes, we live in a hater nation generally speaking, and the jr haters are always out in full force. so many other great drivers did crappy last year too, but I never see any hate for them......

hamlin tore his acl playing bball last week, so we shall see how that effects his driving. he said he wasn't getting surgery until AFTER this season. a few of the so called experts say he was supposed to be johnsons main challenger this year. but I don't know about racing with a bum knee for 36 races.

kryle busch has a new crew chief so we shall see how his crew chief does without having cars that addington built for him. kryle is checkers or wreckers anyway. if he quits acting like a 2 year old when he doesn't get his way he will be a great driver. I don't see him growing up yet. plus his new truck team he's running will be more distracting than he thinks imo.

I think RCR (burton, harvick, bowyer) will bounce back. they are back to a 3 car team and have been doing r & d/testing like crazy.

Roush will be about the same, although I think edwards will have a much better year.

as for hendrick. they will be the top dog as usual. I think/hope johnson won't get 5 in a row. I think gordon will win more races this year. martin will cool off a bit. junior will win a couple, although jr could win every week and it would never be good enough for some.

my chase contenders in NO particular order:

jj
gordon
martin
jr
harvick
stewart
montoya
kurt busch
edwards
biffle
kahne
ambrose (there always seems to be one driver that comes from nowhere that no one picked)

RCR should be better than last year after dropping back to 3 cars.

I'd like to see Hendrick take a big nose dive. Well, 3 of their drivers anyways. We all know the 1 that sucks already. Jr. might win a race or two with McGrew back at crew chief. He had a small turnaround at the end of last season. I think that trend continues.

Stewart-Haas Racing wins Daytona and the championship.

I'm anxious to see how Dave Rogers does in Cup racing as Kyle Bush's crew chief. He can get the job done in NNW, but this is a whole new level for him. I think he'll do fine with Zippy and Ford helping him out.

Roush? A bit better but not by much. Carl won't go winless this year.

RPM will probably still suck even after switching to Ford, although not as bad as when the ran Dodges.

I'd like to see the Polack Keselowski crash and burn every race.

Better racing at the plate tracks since NA$CAR keeps their meddling hands out of the "no bump drafting" rule that we had last year. Larger restrictor plate means more power, more speed, better racing. And the return of a spoiler.

Just a quick summary of my thoughts.

He will if he keeps letting that duck drive.
