Went and had my complimentary oil change/tire rotation/etc Sat., Sunday evening went to run out and found my battery was dead. Called my dealer, told em I had to replace it, the service manager asked me to drop off the old battery, and when I got there he had a check waiting for me for the purchase price ($75 plus tax)! No questions asked!

townsend ford up here in mass is good also.. i bought my 08 back in december it was sitting on the lot for a few cold nights before i showed up and wanted to test drive it. it started but just barely. they could have just thrown a charger on it but they gave me a brand new battery a 650 cca. good service.

I was kinda suprised the stock battery was only 550cca. Even the service mngr. was a lil suprised. The replacement I bought is 880cca! I def. notice a difference.
