Well, if the Jets were not already sunk, they are now!

That's for sure -- judging from Stealth's "concrete" picks over the weekend, if he were in the mob, Jimmy Hoffa would be enjoying a nice plate of Marinara in downtown Manhattan rather than lying under the end zone of Giant's Stadium right now.....

PAAAAALEASE! The Jets and Rex Ryan are JOKES! The Colts have no real worry in Facing the Jets. The Colts just need to worry about the Vikings/Saints. Anytime the Fins can beat a team twice in one year, it pretty well means they aren't for real. I look for the Colts to demolish the Jets!

And yeah I do hate the Jets. When a head coach is up on the mic trash talking your team AFTER THEY JUST GOT BEAT BY THEM it gets under your skin and you begin to hate them. Rex Ryan has no class. After the Fins beat them the first time Rex Ryan and the whole defense trash talked the Fins saying their offense is a gimick. Well if it's a gimick why can't you stop it? You consider yourself pro's, why can't you stop a "college style'd offense"? I just hate the Jets, more than the Patriots and Bills combined. The fins and pats rival is kind of friendly, the jets and fins rival is hatred toward each other, thanks to Rex Ryan.

OK.

All I can say is the Colts had better watch out. Any Ryan coached team can win at any given moment. That is fact and history has proven it.

I hate to say it but, I really think the Jets are a sleeper... As a Dolphins fan, I almost have to pull against the Jets but, as much as I hate to say it, I think I dislike the Colts more (I'm so sick of Paymeaton -- even though he's a great player -- living this close to Indy makes you not want to like them because it's all you ever hear about...)

Saints for the win. I really like the way Brees is playing... and their D is pretty solid.

Ok, Ryan has been a head coach for what 1 year? Man he's proven! At a 9-7 regular season record he's proven to be an ELITE NFL head coach....psh.

Honestly I'm arguing on pure hatred or dislike. You will never get me to like Rex Ryan, even if he becomes head coach of the Dolphins one of these days (which I hope Sparano will be there for many many years!).

There's more than one Ryan, and his old man was one hell of a coach. Re-read my post. It's all in the history.

His daddy's legacy is not the same as his legacy. Look at Peyton. Archie was terrible for the Saints, so are you going to judge Peyton's legacy on his daddy Archie's legacy? No! Absolutely not! Rex has yet to pave his own road. Yeah yeah he got to the playoffs in his rookie season, but so did Sparano. Sparano turned a 1-15 team into a 10-6, but does that make him the greatest coach to walk this face of the earth? No, deffinately not!

BTW Rockpick, I'm with you 100%, being a Dolphins fan and living within the Colts domain. But at the same time I would much rather deal with Colts fans and the Colts winning as to see the Jets win!

BTW Rockpick, interested to see what you think the Dolphins will draft in the draft? I saw a mock draft on Yahoo that had them picking Dez Bryant. But knowing Parcell's and seeing that they still had Eric Berry and Rolando McClain on the board at #12 I just don't see the Fins drafting Bryant that high with Berry and McClain still on the board. I couldn't be any happier if the fins draft McClain with their 1st pick. But at the same time if Bryant gets drafted I couldn't be unhappy either. The Fins need a true #1 and with Boldin not requesting a trade, it slams the door shut before it even opens! Marshall is our other option but who wants a thug who creates problems on thier roster? Especially when your building the future QB up. I personally would love to see Andre Johnson in a Miami Dolphins uniform even if it means giving up the 1st and 3rd or 2nd round picks. That man is a beast! Henne needs a true #1 to make him better. Bess is awesome as either a #2, or slot reciever. Ginn would make an awesome slot reciever with his speed and his ability to stretch a defense(but he couldn't catch a cold if his life depended on it!) and Hartline makes a good Wes Welker type slot reciever, and Turner makes a good endzone threat with his hieght if we can get him on the field. THe problem with the fins recievers are they are all slot/ #2 recievers at best. They aren't going to strike fear in the hearts of defense without a true #1 threat. Man I can;t wait till the draft!

Oh well, sorry 95. I just see things in an unbiased light with regards to the dominant New York football Jets.

Going to be a fun weekend of football watching.

"Back in 1969, the Baltimore Colts were one of the NFL's premiere football teams, much the same as they are today. And to become the champions, the New York Jets had to overcome what many consider to be one of the best teams to in football history. But Broadway Joe Namath and the expansion Jets had nothing to lose, played solid football, and walked off the field and into the history books that January day NFL champions of Super Bowl III.

On January 24, just a few days past 41 years of that Super Bowl III victory, the Jets will be attempting to continue to make another "miracle" run at the Super Bowl. And the team that stands between them and becoming champions? The Colts.

The match-up has many wondering if there might be a chance at history repeating itself..."

Can you say "You betcha!" ???

One better, I want to see the entire Manning family crying - Daddy & his two sons....

As bad as I wish it'd happen, I'm seriously doubting that it will...

I'd want popcorn for that one. I'm optimistic that it will happen.
