First few flakes

Hello guys, wlep here in NC we rarely see snow. But possibly we are fixin to get a good dose, and I say Possibly with major doubts. If it says its going to snow 1 inch then it snows but turns to water and drops as rain always here.

Station is saying over a foot of snow by morning, lets see what happens.

Nice man! We get snow even less here in SC. Yesterday they were predicting 1-3" in the upstate. Need to see what's changed. I'm hoping for anything. Anything!!!

I haven't heard if they're calling for anything to stick around here... I doubt it will. The schools just announced they're letting out an hour early though.

Yep the school my mom teaches at just now let out early. Just checked and the weather prediction changed for us. No more flurries and it only gets down to 35 degrees as opposed to 29.

I thought this thread was going to be about dealing with some of the members on this board.

They are saying 7 to 10 inches or us. I'll believe it when I see it.

It snowed some big flakes here from about 1:00-2:00, but nothing stuck and it's been stopped for a while now. Might get some rain tonight.

they are calling for 8-12 here in northern VA. but like most places, they never seem to get it right. We will either get an inch, or 20. cant trust the weather people for being accurate on anything.

I took the family to school/work this morning, by 10 school was out and it switched to ice. Picked up the wife from the office and came home. Took a nap now theres nearly 5ish inches of snow on the ground. Probley a layer of ice under that, man I took vacation for this weekend too, how lucky is that!

Suppose to SUPPOSE to get 8-10 inches tonite the heaviest is still yet to come.
