Crack Kills

The female driver of this F-150 Flairside was going down a back street earlier that day, lost control and slid into someones yard. A guy in the house heard the commotion and went outside to find the girl smoking a crack pipe.

The guy went through the window and wrestled the keys from her and went inside to call the cops. She obviously had a spare set because she started it up and sped off. She made it about another three miles before she clipped a van sending it off the road and into a ditch. The truck flipped for about a quarter mile ejecting her from the truck. She was struck by one of the other vehicles. If she wasn't dead when she was thrown from the truck she was after the car ran over her. The truck ended up stopping in the oncoming lane. Luckly it didn't hit anyone. The people in the van were fine.

The guy should have just called the cops because now her family can hire a good attorney and say that sense the girl wasn’t on his property stealing or doing any thing wrong other then using real bad drugs that by taking the keys he freaked her out and unknowingly caused this crack head to crash. I look at as when the cops kill innocent people for infractions by chasing them for nothing major. That’s why a lot of Agencies have no pursuit clauses unless it’s a felony and above like a class 2 or better. I would have gotten the plate number and went back inside and called and done this in such a way the crack head did not hear or see me, but that’s just me. Now if she was on my property doing this she would have a pistol in her face waiting for the police to get there and if she tried to run my over or any thing else weird well i'm sure you can guess what the outcome might be. Intimate danger laws here in NV and a lot of the other Free states are pretty clear cut and dry. The guy did what he thought was right and I give him major credit for that. Why couldnt this crack head wait untill she got home to use her drugs what a dumb Bit#$
Did she really think no one was going to hear the crash WTF over. He did the right thing trying to stop her from hurting any one else,I would have just gone about it diffrently

Excuse me??????? If she is in the neighbor's yard you are going to simply call the police with a license plate number but if she is in your yard you are willing to use deadly force?? You might want to rethink that strategy...

just sayin.....

I think in a spur of the moment action I would have done just what that guy did, you probably would have ran outside and to see if the people are alright then we you get there you see someone smoking crack and trying to drive away??? what are you gonna do turn around and run back in? no your probably going to grab the keys. Its just unfortunate she had a spare set and kept going.

True!!!! I hate drug addicts. Most likely wouldn’t have had time to do anything else. Why would she continue to get high when she just crashed?? Didn’t she stop to think maybe this is why she crashed in the first place?? It takes a very selfish person to get high on any thing and endanger innocent people like she did. Now did she deserve to die probably
Not did she deserve to go to rehab then Jail for a few years with out a doubt. It’s a sad and scary situation
