need help with 2005 explorer

need help with 2005 explorer

someone asked me to change out her idle control motor...so i said yes because i changed mine on my 1998 4.0 ranger...so she brings the motorcraft part and i get to looking....and couldnt find it...i found what i believe to be the TPS on the back side of the TB and on the front side idk wth that is!

i called 3 parts stores and all 3 verified the same part number..im lost

never mind. i found it...since it has an electronic throttle it doesnt have a IAC

LOL I was wondering when you were going to catch that! The IAC is completely controlled by the computer!

not much on all this new technology!

well she keeps getting a IAC trouble code, and the parts store gave her that part for the exact vehicle she told them..so i was thrown off
