so..guess what my boss did today!

ok, im clearly the ford guy at my work, the other guys know GM's and chryslers.

well a 2005 expedition comes in wanting his spark plugs changed, well guess what motor he has! 3v! so i tell him noooo we wont do that here, because honestly..im scared to death to do those! and i dont have the patience to turn, spray, wait, turn, wait, turn, wait....so my boss runs out there yea we'll do it!!!! i was like OMG are you serious?! YOU can do them and when you break them off in the heads im gonna LAUGH in your face!

sooooo.....he orders the rotunda tool, should be here in a few days, then he will ask me about the plugs, ive read the TSB a million times. im tryin to get the cods to change my grandads in his f250, but im not sharin

I have done some many of these and only two times, I broke the tip of the plugs in the head. Yes, removed cylinder head to remove the rest. I recommend to do an injector flush first BG products work awesome. drive the expo for 3 days and that should remove all the carbon and should be easy to take them out. Not to get scare or anything, but you do gotta have patiencce when removing the plugs on the 3v.
