Need some help

Okay this is for the people on here that are familiar with criminal justice. I am taking this criminal justice college class and I have to give a ten minute presentation on "Double Victimization: How criminals are harmed by the criminal justice system". I have no idea where to find resources or anything on the subject. I need all the insight possible, because I need this grade. If anyone could help that would be great! If I could just get a general idea of the subject then I think I could BS for ten minutes.

Thanks for the help,
Brad.

an example would be when someone gets jailed for a crime or felony when they are 18yrs old. when they are 30 and maturing into adult hood they have a hard time getting jobs because of a mistake made when they were still a stupid kid..or when they fill jails with drug addicts instead of trying to get them clean,

Thanks bud. I found a good article about crime in prison, and I am going to tie that into life after prison. I think I should be able to BS this into ten minutes... Hopefully

You might also look into how their time in jail effects them afterwards, like trying to get a job with a criminal record etc. When I was working in the KDOC, alot of guys that were getting out, (parole, time served with good behavior, etc.), would be back in in a matter of days, because they had nothing to fall back on except their old crowd, and they fell into the same bad habits again and again, and sometimes came back with new charges!, (Other than just breaking the terms of their parole). They are supposed to follow the terms stricktly, like not going to bars, finding a job, not associating with other felons etc, etc

Going to a bar violates parole?
