Free rims?
Back in september i had to have the rims on my truck replaced under warranty. The new rims were sent to me and i was told that once i got the tires swapped to call the company and they would send me the return slips to send them back the old rims. It has been 2 months and i have made 3 different phone calls, talked to somebody on 2 of the calls who said they would send me the return slips and left a message on the other.I have e-mailed them also with no response. I still have no return slips and have not heard from anybody. I don't really think that i can do much more on my end other than think i have a free set of rims sitting in my garage that the company has just forgotten about. What do you guys think i should do?

Then follow up, call back every week and ask for the same person.
If they give you the run around, then ask for that person's supervisor.
Don't give up and don't let them off the hook.
I would keep calling, and make sure you get the name of the person you are speaking to. Write down their name, the date & time of the call, and promises made.

Send them a letter or fax stating that you are having to pay for storage for them. So it is costing you to keep them, and give them x number of days to forfeit claim on them. Have it notarized.

ah you may not be thinking deep enough into the situation... company could possibly turn him in to collections for the cost of the wheels for not returning the old wheels in the exchange.
That is what i am concerned about, them eventually realizing they are missing a set of rims and trying to make it look like it was my fault or charge me for them. I am already talking to the vice president of the company so i don't think i can go much higher than that. They are just sitting boxed up in my garage so its not costing me anything just taking up a bunch of room.
Tumba that is a good idea, would that actually give me legal ownership of the rims if they never responded?

Very Funny!
(I'm not the guy spending a week in a 13 foot winnebego with 8 of my closest hunting buddies pretending to be hunting, LOL)
