heck yea she did, but why does she act so surprised everytime she gets an award!??! she knows shes got it!

im gonna miss brooks and dunn, i remember when i was real little listening to them and george straight, im seriously gonna go to their concert if its close. so i can be a man and cry at it!

 

 

i watched it all for 3 straight hours. Alan jackson should have been there! and they might as well of called it the taylor swift awards.

i had to leave every time lady antebellum came on. i really hate them. They're not even country

 

I know!!!! Alan Jackson Is THE MAN! He should be in country music hall of fame by now.
Taylor is ok but carrie is snobby She did a concert here then wouldnt sign autographs.
Jamey johnson is awesome as well

 

i saw zac brown band do the devil cover live at stampede and it was damn good

btw i like george straits "twang", thats country, will always be country

alot of the new music they call country, but in my books is not really country

I watched it with the wifey. George Straight will always be #1 in my book. But it was a good one last night.

 

Man I didn't even think about Alan Jackson. I'm surprised they didn't have him perform country boy. He's one of my many favorites.

 

Just my thoughts on the CMAs this year:
Brad and Carrie were my favorite hosts of all time - the Kanye jokes made my night! especially the one where they included Little Jimmy ****ens ha!
Seriously, Taylor Swift for female vocalist of the year??? She's a good entertainer, has good videos and looks good, but vocals are her weak point in a bad way.
How can anyone take home more honors at a country music awards show than King George?! Guess he doesn't need them to gain respect though

Weshova, Aaron Watson is another favorite of mine! He should definitely get more national recognition than just here in Tx. IMO, he should be the heir to King George's throne

And Carrie, you can carry my underwood anytime!

 

What the heck happened to Garth?!?!? I thought he was suppose to be the "Big Comeback"? Or was that Tim M.? (who, by the way, SUCKED!!!!)

I have seen Brooks & Dunn in concert. They will be missed! Greatly!

But, I have to admit, I miss Alan Jackson, Montgomery Gentry.... all these new 'hip-hop' singers are good, don't get me wrong, but there are others I think should have been recognized last night too!

The Kanye joke on Taylor was cool, but I think she woneverything cause everyone felt bad for her after that happened. She's ok, but I get sick of listening to her.

Jamey Johnson is awesome.

Zac Brown is awesome. I seen them at Bonnaroo this summer. We need some new stuff from them now.

Just for me I am sad Sugerland won over Brooks and Dunn.. It's the final apperance for them Geez give them something to take home.. Also Taylor Swift I have about had it with that crap I thought Brad Paisley should have taken the Win.. Heck he even brought back Andy Griffith , Give the man some credit.. And All the little teen wanna be country singers are close to my daughters age .. And big Applause to the band that did the devil went down to georgia..
